We were on vacation for two weeks camping at East Harbor State Park and fishing on Lake Erie when I struck a reef off of North Bass and busted the lower unit of my I/O and had to be towed in. Not being from the area I called a friend and he immediately said to take it to Dubberts. Jim had all the parts in stock and right away got an estimate for the insurance company. As soon as insurance approved the repairs Cory had all the repairs done in two days and we were able to get back on the for rest of our vacation! To say I was impressed with the experience is an understatement. I am car mechanic and run my own shop so I know how difficult it can be to try to shuffle the repair jobs in and out while waiting on parts etc. but Dubberts went over and above! Thank you all! I will refer everyone I can to you!

Great Customer service. I was 14 hours away from home with 3 days of fishing left and my kicker motor wouldnt run. I called Dubberts and they made room to get my boat in and fixed. I bought a new Tohatsu 9.9 for my walleye boat from Jimmy. He had every manufacturer of the size of engine I wanted on a rack and spent quite a bit of time with me comparing each outboard side by side. I am from the Cleveland area. I has having great difficulty with my outboard and was having trouble finding parts and anyone to help me out. Dubberts had inventory of what I thought I needed. The drive was well worth it, I found good solid advice and was guided to the value of the repair or replace situation . I will make the drive to work with these people for any storage, annual service etc. The motor I needed was right on the floor, prepped and ready the next day to pick up and I didn't loose a weekend of sailing. These are all nice people and I look forward to a long term support.
